Delete Your CertReady Account

Use these steps to remove your personal account and credential-wallet data.

In-App Deletion

Open the CertReady app.
Go to the Profile tab.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion and complete the required reauthentication step.

Data Removed

Your Firebase Auth account.
Your worker profile and accepted company memberships.
All certifications and certification photos.
All QR share links and public verification records.
Your push notification token and notification preferences.

This action cannot be undone. Download or screenshot any certification records you need before deleting your account.

Company Workspace Owners

If you own a CertReady Teams workspace, transfer ownership to another active administrator before deleting your account. This prevents company-managed records from being left without an owner.

Records That May Remain

Company-managed credential records belong to the company workspace and may remain after a worker account is deleted. Stripe may retain company payment records for payment, fraud-prevention, tax, and legal obligations. Identifier-free daily usage totals may also remain because they cannot be connected back to a user or company.
